该职位来源于猎聘 Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement China learning programs for employees to ensure strong learner engagement and practical application.
- Plan, design, implement, andevaluate local cross-functional technology seminars.
- Coordinate learning logistics, including scheduling sessions, managing participant communications, preparing learning materials, and supporting facilitators.
- Provide feedback and insights on program adoption, content effectiveness, and regional needs to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare reports to track metrics and progress on program activities.
- Maintain the new hire orientation curriculum in the local LMS to ensure it stays current and accurate.
- Work closely with the global LMS team to support the deployment of learning modules, manage training records, and ensure proper tracking of program completions.
- Plan, implement, and manage language programs for employees in Fuzhou, ensuring participants’ communication skills development aligns with business needs.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives through workshops,learning campaigns, and communication materials. Education& Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,Organizational Development, Education Business Administration, or a closely related field. Will consider experience in lieu of education.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in training/facilitation, preferably within an organizational development department or a corporate human resources environment.
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring people leaders and emloyees to drive performance and career growth. Skills& Other Requirements:
- DDI Facilitator Certification (Preferred). Additional certifications (Gallup Strengths Coach, DISC) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences across diverse audiences that go beyond lecture-style presentations.
- Comfortable navigating digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Miro) and experience with virtual facilitation best practices.
- Excellent facilitation,presentation, and communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment,collaborating with multi-cultural teams and adapting content to regional and cultural nuances.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt training delivery for different learning styles and workplace environments.
- Strong time management,organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms is a plus.
