Be Happy Preschool and Childcare in Wells, ME, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our growing team. We’re looking for an energetic, caring, and reliable individual with a love for teaching young children. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills to engage with both staff and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and build strong relationships with parents
- Previous teaching experience and/or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate

- Tier 1: $240
- Tier 2: $360
- Tier 3: $540 (Based on education and experience)
