Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tyler-Jacksonville area for a Toddler Teacher. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, leading educational and developmental activities, and fostering a safe and engaging classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include supervising children, promoting their social, emotional, and intellectual growth, and maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers. Collaboration with the teaching team to ensure a consistent and caring approach is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and the ability to develop age-appropriate educational activities
- Experience and knowledge in Education and Teaching
- Effective Communication skills to interact with children, colleagues, and parents
- Ability to train and provide guidance to support staff as needed
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth
- Prior experience in early childhood education is beneficial
- Relevant certifications, such as a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, preferred
