Toddler/Infant Teacher Jobs in Hallettsville, TX at Happy Hearts Learning Center
Responsibilities:
– Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers.
– Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
– Monitor and assess the progress of each child’s development
– Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate activities and events
– Maintain a clean and well organized classroom
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
Requirements:
– Previous experience working with young children preferred.
– Knowledge of child development principles and practices
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
– Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
– High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is a plus)
Skills:
– Childcare experience preferred
– Lesson planning skills a plus
– Knowledge of child welfare and early childhood development
