MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs
Deliver planned learning and development activities
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions
Required Education
A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
Certification in Training and Development or related studies is desired
Required Experience
At least 3-4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting, at least 1 year of which involved team leading responsibilities
At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment is desired
Required Job Skills And Knowledge
- Create learning support material, including training manuals
- E-learning content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Moodle, etc.)
- Evaluation of learning effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model
- Instructional design principles
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Hospital and Clinic operations
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Effective teaching and learning (pedagogical) practices
- Video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premier Pro)
