Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead (Academic Counsellor) located in Gurgaon. The Team Lead will oversee a team of academic counsellors, ensuring they meet their goals and provide a positive learner experience. Responsibilities include managing team performance, mentoring academic counsellors, developing operational strategies to improve student engagement, and analyzing feedback to improve counselling and support services. The role involves frequent collaboration with other teams to enhance the overall academic journey of learners.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and guide a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and students
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Customer service expertise and the ability to create a positive learner-centric environment
- Experience in academic counselling, career guidance, or similar roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or any equivalent field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
