Role Description The Teaching Faculty role at Various well reputated schools in jabalpur is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur.

The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assigning and evaluating homework and assessments, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The role involves providing individualized guidance, addressing learning gaps, and communicating regularly with students and guardians about progress. The faculty member will also participate in academic planning meetings, contribute to test paper setting and evaluation, support co-curricular or remedial sessions, and uphold classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant teaching domain, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and logically to diverse learners.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills, including maintaining a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, guardians, and colleagues professionally.
- Ability to design lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials that are structured, age-appropriate, and outcome-focused.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for teaching, assessments, and record-keeping; openness to using educational technology where required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or in a relevant subject area; a teaching certification or B.Ed. is preferred.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in a school, coaching institute, or similar academic setting is highly desirable.
- Commitment to student-centric teaching, continuous improvement, and adherence to the institution’s academic standards and policies.
