Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Teaching Assistant will support instructors during classes by assisting with lesson delivery, clarifying concepts, and managing learning materials. Responsibilities include helping learners with assignments, especially those related to basic mathematics and real estate concepts, and providing one-on-one or small-group academic support as needed. The role also involves assisting with classroom setup, preparing teaching aids, coordinating attendance and basic administrative tasks, and supporting site visits or workshops. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with faculty to create an engaging, inclusive learning environment and maintain professional communication with learners and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong Assistant Teaching and classroom support skills, with the ability to follow lesson plans and support instructors effectively.
- Clear, professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts simply and interact respectfully with adult learners.
- Background or interest in Education, training, or academic support, preferably in professional or vocational settings.
- Comfort with Mathematics at a level sufficient to assist with real estate–related calculations and basic quantitative concepts.
- Experience Working With Children or young adults, or in learner-facing roles, demonstrating patience, empathy, and approachability.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Education, Commerce, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the real estate industry and willingness to learn domain-specific concepts and tools.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., presentation software, learning platforms, spreadsheets) is an advantage.
