We are looking for a passionate and supportive Teacher’s Aide to assist classroom teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, has good communication skills, and is willing to support daily classroom activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers during classroom learning activities and student supervision.
- Help prepare learning materials, classroom tools, and activity setups.
- Support students during daily routines, including snack time, toilet training/toilet time, and transition activities.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and student safety.
- Observe student behavior and communicate relevant information to the teacher.
- Provide support for indoor and outdoor learning activities.
- Assist during school events, performances, and special programs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMK) graduate; candidates from Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
- Passionate about working with children in an educational environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to assist students with daily care routines and classroom activities.
- Able to follow instructions and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Previous experience in schools, childcare, or student assistance is a plus.
