Role Description
Spektrum Bildungszentrum Solingen e.V. is seeking dedicated Teachers for Mathematics, German, and English. This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Solingen. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues to meet the educational goals of the institution and ensure the academic success of students.
Qualifications
- Competence in Lesson Planning and structuring comprehensive educational materials
- Strong skills in Teaching and delivering content for Mathematics, German, and/or English
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Education and Training with a focus on student engagement and development
- Proficiency in adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Fluency in the language they will teach (i.e., German OR English), relevant to the desired teaching role
- A relevant degree or certification in education or the subject area is preferred
- Prior work experience teaching the respective subject is highly desirable
