This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your own schedule and work as much or as little as you want — 10 to 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated explanations, lessons, and tutoring responses for accuracy and pedagogical quality
- Create clear, well-structured educational content across your subject areas
- Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-produced learning materials
- Rate AI responses on clarity, helpfulness, and age-appropriateness
- Provide structured feedback to improve how AI explains and teaches concepts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in teaching, tutoring, or instructional design in any subject area — math, science, languages, humanities, SAT/ACT/AP prep, and more
- Skilled at breaking down complex topics into simple, clear explanations
- A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable evaluating educational content at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- State teaching certification or degree in education
- Experience with curriculum development or instructional design
- Familiarity with Common Core, multiple grade levels, or standardized testing (SAT, ACT, AP, Regents)
- Subject matter expertise in STEM, languages, or humanities
