Job Description
- Develop learning modules, training materials, and presentation decks, with a strong focus on numeracy and age-appropriate instruction for children aged 3–12.
- Observe classroom teaching, provide feedback, and support teacher development through coaching and training sessions.
- Assist in monitoring teacher performance, including scoring, documentation, and updating teacher development dashboards or decks.
- Support light administrative tasks related to training, evaluation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure consistent teaching quality and implementation.
Job Requirements
- Strong foundational skills in mathematics and the ability to translate concepts into child-friendly learning experiences.
- Comfortable working with children aged 3–12 and supporting teachers in classroom settings.
- Able to handle mixed responsibilities (training, observation, material development, and light administration).
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and open to feedback in a dynamic education environment.
