Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context
We are looking for an enthusiastic & empathetic young woman who would love to work with children enrolled in Rainbow Valley. We expect to see a lot of zeal and compassion working with young children.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervision and monitoring children’s activities
- Preparing lesson plan, daily routine, activity worksheet, etc.
- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
- Provide individualized instruction to each child by promoting interactive learning
- Preparing children’s profile and development report
- Plan and execute activities and events
- Help children understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual and group counseling
- Work with children to develop organization skills
- Communicating with teachers and parents during and even after school hour
- Keeping the social media platform/Facebook page updated
- Employment Status
Educational Requirements
- Masters & Graduates will be given preference
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- NGO,Development Agency
Additional Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience teaching children aged 2 to 5 years old
- Adequate proficiency in verbal and written English
- Well-organized, committed and energetic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong moral/ethical values and discipline
- Computer literacy is a must
