The Teacher Success Manager – Pakistan is responsible for supporting the successful onboarding, enablement, adoption, and continuous engagement of teachers using the aiSTART platform across schools and educational institutions in Lahore and Islamabad. The role focuses on ensuring teachers are operationally ready, confident in using AI tools within classrooms, and fully supported throughout the deployment lifecycle. Acting as a key bridge between schools, ministry stakeholders, local support teams, and Slangit operations, the Teacher Success Manager plays a critical role in driving teacher satisfaction, platform adoption, AI literacy, and long-term educational transformation outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeacher Onboarding & Enablement
- Support onboarding and activation of teachers across assigned schools and regions.
- Guide teachers through platform setup, account activation, and operational readiness.
- Assist in the execution of Train-the-Trainer (ToT) and teacher enablement programs.
- Ensure teachers understand AI platform functionalities, tools, and classroom usage workflows.
- Facilitate smooth transition into AI-enabled teaching environments.
Teacher Engagement & Adoption
- Drive teacher engagement and continuous platform adoption across schools.
- Monitor teacher participation, AI tool usage, and adoption metrics.
- Encourage best practices for AI-assisted learning and classroom integration.
- Promote AI literacy and responsible AI usage within educational settings.
- Support teachers in maximizing the educational value of the platform.
School Coordination & Relationship Management
- Act as the operational point of contact for assigned schools and educators.
- Coordinate closely with school administrators, AI coordinators, and regional supervisors.
- Support communication between schools, deployment teams, and ministry stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with educators to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
User Support & Operational Assistance
- Provide frontline operational support to teachers during onboarding and active usage phases.
- Assist teachers with:
- account access,
- password resets,
- platform navigation,
- onboarding issues,
- AI tool usage guidance.
- Escalate technical or operational issues to appropriate support teams when required.
Training & AI Literacy Support
- Assist in organizing and delivering workshops, onboarding sessions, and AI literacy initiatives.
- Reinforce AI governance, ethical AI usage, and responsible digital learning practices.
- Support local training activities and regional teacher enablement programs.
Monitoring, Reporting & Feedback
- Track teacher onboarding progress, engagement, and adoption KPIs.
- Collect teacher feedback, operational insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Provide periodic reports to the AI Enablement Lead and Deployment Teams.
- Identify adoption challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Business, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in teacher training, customer success, educational support, or EdTech operations.
- Strong understanding of educational environments and teacher workflows.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and training facilitation skills.
- Comfortable supporting digital learning platforms and AI-enabled educational tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with schools, ministries, or educational institutions in Pakistan.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, AI tools, or digital learning ecosystems.
- Experience supporting teacher onboarding and educational transformation initiatives.
- Multilingual capabilities (English and Urdu preferred).
