JOB DESCRIPTION
· Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
· Plan, organize, and provide instructions in English that is aligned with Cambridge curriculum and school standards to meet the varied learning styles, abilities, and needs of students.
· Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies.
· Creating and distributing educational content.
· Create class schedules on the portal and avail the video links to the parents on time.
· Preparing and uploading class presentations and notes on the portal for students ‘revision.
· Create and mark exams and assignments.
· Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
· Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
· Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
· Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect and abuse.
· Manage and coordinate parents’ WhatsApp groups.
· Represent the company in the best and most efficient manner in your engagements with parents.
· Ensure prudent management of the teaching materials and company resources.
· Administer academic assessments for the purpose of evaluating student progress for meeting academic learning targets and progress in knowledge acquisition.
· Coordinate efficient learning programs and activities as required by the
Principal
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, English, or the relevant subjects.
2. Teacher’s license holder is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of teaching experience in Cambridge IGCSE.
4. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and expression skills.
5. Should have handled a candidate class previously.
