Job Description / Responsibility
Aevitas International Academy is seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our foundational academic team for the upcoming academic session. As a Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our students and upholding the high standards of excellence that define our institution.
Position: Teacher (Early Years, Junior School, Senior School & Pathways)
- Subjects: English, Bangla, Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Arabic for all grades as EY Homeroom Teachers (block), JS Subject Teachers and Pathway Teachers.
- Instructional Excellence: Deliver high-quality daily instruction in alignment with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- Student Conduct Management: Implement and uphold the Student Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of student portfolios and academic records to track and support individual progress.
- Curriculum Implementation: Collaborate with the Academic Coordinator to execute curriculum plans and participate in academic evaluations.
- Lesson Planning: Develop daily and long-term lesson plans, including the preparation of educational materials, to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Classroom Management: Ensure the classroom is well-organized, stimulating, and conducive to learning.
- Parent Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and school events.
- School Involvement: Actively participate in all mandatory school activities, meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Policy Adherence: Strictly follow all institutional policies, including the Attendance & Punctuality Policy and the Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of workplace ethics, treating students, parents, and colleagues with the utmost courtesy and respect.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Skills Required: IELTS, Classroom management, PTE, ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL, Early Childhood Development (ECD), Proficiency in English and Bangla, Cambridge Curriculum, Foundation framework, edexcel curriculum
