The Role

This is a permanent, part-time position, commencing in Term 3 (13 July 2026) at 0.6 FTE, with a potential for 0.8 FTE, providing specialist leadership and teaching to support EAL/D students in the Junior School (Prep–Year 6) to access, participate in and achieve success across the curriculum.

We Are Seeking a Teacher Who

  • Will work as a member of the Learning Development Team to coordinate services that improve the learning outcomes, inclusion and wellbeing of EAL/D students.
  • Provides direct support for EAL/D students in the Junior School through a range of inclusive approaches.
  • Supports teachers to plan differentiated learning experiences and appropriate adjustments for EAL/D students.
  • Promotes inclusive, culturally responsive practices that value students’ linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
  • Holds current Queensland College of Teacher registration (QCT) and relevant tertiary qualifications.

Employment Classification

The salary and conditions of employment for Academic staff are in accordance with the Presbyterian and Methodist Schools Association (PMSA) Enterprise Agreement 2025, as varied or replaced from time-to-time.
