- a currently-valid teaching license/certificate issued by the Ohio Department of Education or Ohio State Board of Education for:
- ECE PK-3, plus 4/5 Generalist Endorsement and TESOL/ELL/ESL Endorsement
- K-8 with TESOL or Bilingual Education Endorsement, or
- 1-8 with TESOL or Bilingual Education Endorsement, or
- Multi-Age PK-12 TESOL or Bilingual Education license,
- must meet the teacher standards as defined in the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
