About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to deliver high-quality education in the Eastern U.S. region.
This role is ideal for educators who want to engage students, implement curriculum standards, and support academic and social growth while collaborating with supportive academic teams in NY, NJ, MD, and IL.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments and activities
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline standards
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety guidelines, and educational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching license or eligibility to obtain certification
- Entry-level candidates: student teaching or internship experience preferred
- Experienced teachers: 2+ years classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented educational environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Authorization to work in the United States
