Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Teacher at Eager Birds. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans, teaching students through interactive methods, assessing student progress, and providing feedback for improvement. You will work collaboratively with other educators and contribute to building a dynamic and impactful learning experience for students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design interactive, engaging, and curriculum-aligned sessions
- Strong expertise in Education and Teaching with a passion for fostering learning and growth
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and mentoring to support diverse learning styles
- Proficiency in leveraging EdTech tools and platforms is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is a plus
- Flexibility, creativity, and an innovative mindset are highly valued
