About the role
Kingsley International Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher (Cambridge / IGCSE) to join our dynamic team at our campus in Putra Heights, Selangor. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the education of our students.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the Cambridge / IGCSE curriculum
- Assessing student progress and providing personalized feedback to support their learning
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and continuously improve teaching resources and strategies
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and subject-matter developments
- Actively contributing to the broader extracurricular and community life of the school
What we're looking for
- Relevant teaching qualifications and a minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering the Cambridge / IGCSE curriculum in English (EFL) / Music.
- Excellent subject-matter knowledge and the ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- A passion for education and a commitment to continuously improving teaching practices
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the school's broader goals
