Role & Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers by preparing classroom materials, managing student records, and organizing learning resources ahead of lessons.
- Assist students individually or in small groups—reinforcing core concepts, guiding tasks, and adapting instruction to learning styles.
- Monitor student behavior during class and break times, promoting positive classroom dynamics and timely intervention when needed.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans for inclusive education, including students with learning differences or ESL needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions (as directed), and school events to ensure cohesive student support.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports daily instructional goals.

- CPR & First Aid certification
