Golden Valley School is seeking a full-time Primary Teacher Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lessons and activities.
- Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Supervise students during recess, transitions, and special events.
- Help maintain classroom organization and structure.
- Prepare learning materials and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Foster positive communication with students, families, and colleagues.
- Uphold the values, mission, and vision of Golden Valley School.
Academic Requirements
- Student or graduate in Education
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience working with children ages 6 to 12 in educational or recreational settings.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate educational practices.
- Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Montessori or the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) is a plus.
