Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Odessa, TX. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs and learning styles. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, leading classroom activities, assessing student performance, and providing timely feedback. The Teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage behavior constructively, and communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues about academic progress and support strategies. Additional duties include participating in staff meetings, professional development, and school events, as well as maintaining accurate records and complying with all school policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering standards-based instruction in a K–12 environment.
  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing differentiated lessons and instructional activities that support varied learning needs.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, families, and colleagues in a respectful, culturally responsive manner.
  • Relevant teaching certification or eligibility for certification in the state of Texas, and a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Ability to manage a classroom, use basic educational technology, track student progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Commitment to student-centered learning, continuous professional growth, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary school team.
