Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at Ujjwala Global Academy in Lucknow. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards, ensuring that diverse learning needs are met in the classroom. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will manage classroom behavior, maintain a positive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on academic and co-curricular initiatives. Additional responsibilities include communicating regularly with parents or guardians, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and supporting school events and activities that contribute to students’ holistic growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply effective pedagogical methods in a school setting.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured learning activities and supporting student skill development.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
- Prior classroom teaching experience at school level, with proven ability to manage diverse learners.
- Ability to integrate value-based education, co-curricular activities, and holistic development into daily teaching practice.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth, openness to new teaching approaches, and comfort with basic educational technology.
