Are you committed to supporting young people with special educational needs to achieve their full potential? A welcoming and progressive SEN school in Harrow is looking to appoint a dedicated Teacher to join their team from September on a full:time basis.
This role offers the chance to teach students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering personalised learning experiences that encourage both academic success and personal growth.
The Role
As An Teacher, You Will
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support students academic progress alongside their social and emotional development
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and the wider SEN department
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where needed
- Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You
We are looking for a Teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Has experience working with students with special educational needs
- Understands the secondary curriculum and effective differentiation strategies
- Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
- Communicates effectively and thrives as part of a team
