Role Description. The Teacher’s role at TATWAMASI VIDYALAYA is a full-time, on-site position at Ognaj, Ahmedabad. The Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons, using varied instructional strategies to support different learning styles. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing lesson plans, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The Teacher will manage classroom behaviour, create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school initiatives. Additional tasks include communicating regularly with parents or guardians, participating in staff meetings and professional development sessions, and contributing to co-curricular activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Education and experience in Teaching across relevant grade levels.
- Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and Training activities aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging students, collaborating with colleagues, and interacting with families.
- Proven ability to create inclusive, student-centred learning environments and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree along with B.Ed is required.
- Experience with modern teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and basic educational technology tools.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to school policies and ethical standards.
