Role Description The Teacher role at Base 2 Core is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Teacher will deliver engaging lessons for students from Class 1 to 12, ensuring clarity of concepts and progressive skill development across subjects. Responsibilities include planning and organizing lessons, conducting classroom sessions, assessing student performance, and providing targeted academic support where needed. The Teacher will maintain a disciplined yet encouraging learning environment, communicate regularly with students and guardians about progress, and participate in academic planning and training sessions with the educator team. The role also involves adapting teaching methods to individual learning styles and supporting students in preparation for board exams and competitive assessments.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience instructing school-age learners.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to structure content across different classes and levels.
  • Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for explaining concepts, giving feedback, and engaging with students and guardians.
  • Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide students through exam preparation and continuous academic improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, along with teaching certifications, are preferred.
  • Ability to manage classrooms, use basic educational technology, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in academic coaching, board exam preparation, or working in a coaching institute environment is an advantage.
