Role Description The Teacher role at KISUSI PARTNERS SL is a full-time, on-site position based in Dar es-Salaam. The Teacher will design and deliver educational sessions for staff, focusing on topics such as food safety, production processes, workplace skills, and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include developing lesson plans, preparing training materials, conducting classroom and practical instruction, and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles and roles. The Teacher will assess learning outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and maintain clear documentation of attendance, progress, and training results. This role also involves collaborating with managers to identify learning needs, scheduling training sessions, and supporting continuous professional development across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with proven experience delivering structured learning programs.
- Ability to plan and organize effective Lesson Planning and Training activities tailored to diverse learner groups.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex topics in accessible language.
- Relevant academic background in Education, Training, or a related field; teaching certification or instructional training credential is an advantage.
- Experience in workplace training, vocational education, or corporate learning, ideally within manufacturing, food production, or a similar environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate cultural awareness in a diverse setting.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools for preparing presentations, training materials, and tracking learner progress.
