Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals.
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from job intake to offer closure—while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies and sourcing campaigns to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening and technical assessments, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a smooth and engaging process.
- Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to hiring teams and leadership.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technical stacks, and market dynamics in target geographies.
Requirements-
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within product-based or consumer internet companies.
- Deep understanding of technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Product, etc.) and relevant technologies.
- Expertise in sourcing platforms and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and others.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong data fluency—ability to analyze hiring metrics and use data to influence decisions and optimize processes.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to drive hiring processes independently and meet tight deadlines.
