As part of the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, you will work closely with youth aged 13-18 to develop and deliver engaging programs. You’re expected to create a professional environment that promotes safety and inclusivity. Your efforts will not only deliver fun activities but also nurture valuable relationships with the youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute interactive youth programming
• Ensure safe and supportive interaction spaces
• Supervise youth throughout program hours
• Track participation and attendance data
• Encourage conflict resolution and healthy interactions
Requirements:
• Proven experience with youth aged 13-18
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Criminal Record Check required
• Must be within 15-30 years of age
Lead youth initiatives while championing the core values of the YMCA and contributing to a healthy community.
