Transform summer into an adventure with Kid Strong! We’re looking for Summer Camp Coaches eager to inspire children and earn competitive pay in a fun environment.
As a Summer Camp Coach at Kid Strong, you will lead activities focused on children’s brain, physical, and character development. This role requires high energy, collaboration, and a love for working with kids. While previous experience is a plus, we provide all the training necessary to ensure you’re ready to make an impact while fostering a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and engage campers through exciting activities
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to create memorable experiences
• Support child development through active participation
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of camp activities
• Communicate effectively with campers and their families
Requirements:
• Passion for coaching and a love for children
• Availability to work a minimum of 6 summer weeks
• High energy and a team player mindset
• Willingness to undergo paid training
