Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert specializing in Performing Arts, based in Mumbai. The role involves designing curriculum and lesson plans for performing arts modules, conducting training sessions, mentoring faculty, and evaluating learning outcomes. The SME will collaborate with academic staff to innovate programs, ensure industry-aligned pedagogical methods, and maintain high academic standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Performing Arts disciplines such as theater, music, dance, or related fields
- Experience in curriculum development, teaching strategies, and artistic instructional techniques
- Strong mentoring, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of educational best practices, including assessment techniques and technology integration in education
- Creative and innovative approach to fostering student engagement
- Masters or equivalent degree in Performing Arts or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in education or performing arts institutions is a plus
- Passion for education and commitment to nurturing talent
