About the Role

Windsor University USA is seeking a dedicated and versatile professional to join our Cairo team. This hybrid position combines the functions of Student Success Coordinator, Teaching Assistant, and Student Affairs Officer. The Officer will serve as a key bridge between Windsor University USA’s academic standards and its student body, supporting instructional delivery while ensuring high-quality student engagement and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Academic & Personal Support: Advise students on academic pathways and personal matters; assist with course registration and graduation requirements.
  • Instructional Assistance: Support faculty with course delivery and reinforce university policies and academic standards.
  • Student Engagement: Organize and promote student activities, events, and engagement initiatives to enhance campus life.
  • Conflict Resolution & Compliance: Resolve student concerns constructively while ensuring adherence to university and applicable regulatory policies.
  • Retention & Program Development: Support recruitment and retention strategies by evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Institutional Representation: Represent Windsor University USA at external events and professional functions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Education, English language, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Prior experience in university admissions, enrollment, advising, or student affairs is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities; capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.
  • Professional Orientation: Commitment to service excellence and student success.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Flexible 8-hour workday, primarily afternoon and/or evening to align with U.S. Eastern Time (Washington, D.C.).
  • Office Address: 43 Dr Abd Allah El-Araby St., Al Hay as Sabea, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
