We’re Hiring: Student Success Coordinator (SSC) | DIFC, Dubai (On-Site)
UniHawk is looking for a highly organised and service-oriented Student Success Coordinator to join our Test Prep & Tutoring team. This is a coordination-focused role (not teaching or sales) supporting students preparing for global exams and academic programs.
We are looking for someone who can speak Filipino and English fluently, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
About the Role
The SSC is the operational backbone of the department, ensuring students are smoothly onboarded, properly scheduled, and supported from enrolment through course completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard newly enrolled students and set up records on Zoho and internal systems
- Coordinate session schedules between students, parents, and tutors across GCC and India time zones
- Monitor attendance, send reminders, and follow up on no-shows
- Respond to parent and student queries professionally and within SLA timelines
- Maintain accurate student records, scheduling calendars, and progress updates
- Support Heads of Academics with operational coordination tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, student services, BPO, hospitality, or education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Fluent in Filipino and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Google Workspace; comfortable learning platforms like Zoho
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple student records simultaneously
- Currently based in the UAE
