The most supportive action you can take for a student who scored 95% is to refuse to accept it as finished. If that mindset makes you uneasy, this role isn't for you. If it draws you in, you already share our approach.

Alpha students don't attend traditional lectures. They complete academics through AI-driven adaptive software at their own speed, frequently finishing an entire grade level in weeks. Your role encompasses everything the software cannot: coaching students through setbacks, teaching them how to provide feedback, holding them accountable to standards they didn't realize they could reach, and making them excited to attend. You'll facilitate hands-on life skills workshops covering public speaking, concentration, and time management, then guide motivation sessions where the objective is authentic engagement rather than obedience.

This is not a traditional classroom. You'll support a small K-12 cohort who know you personally. You'll monitor their advancement using Coachbot analytics, identify when someone is struggling, and coach them on problem-solving strategies. When every student in your cohort achieves their weekly targets and 90% provide strong satisfaction ratings, you'll see the model succeeding because you executed it effectively.

Guides who excel with their cohort advance to Lead Guide positions—mentoring other Guides and influencing how an entire campus fulfills Alpha's commitments. Alpha continues expanding to new campuses, and those who establish excellence today become the architects of tomorrow's scale. If working in education has never crossed your mind but you believe you could transform a child's path, this is where that conviction becomes your profession. Apply today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-12 students on subjects including public speaking, concentration, and feedback delivery: project-based, hands-on sessions where you engage actively, not lecture passively
  • Coaching a dedicated student cohort daily, leveraging Coachbot analytics and individual student profiles to establish personalized goals, monitor application progress, and drive continuous advancement
  • Preparing and administering mastery-based assessments (Test2Pass) to confirm students genuinely mastered the skill rather than simply attended the session
  • Building individual relationships with students: discovering their passions, identifying what drives each one, and tailoring your coaching methods to match
  • Maintaining performance standards: 100% of students reaching weekly targets, 90%+ satisfaction ratings on student surveys

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Teaching traditional academic content. Students complete math, reading, and science through adaptive applications. You will never use a whiteboard to explain long division.
  • Creating lesson plans independently. Alpha supplies a life skills curriculum and implementation guides. Your responsibility is execution and delivery, not curriculum design.
  • Grading assignments, conducting parent conferences, or overseeing standardized testing. Report cards don't exist here, and state test preparation isn't part of the role.
  • Supervising students passively while they use computers. When a student encounters difficulty, you guide them toward self-resolution. Passive observation contradicts this position.
  • Compromising standards when students resist. The motivational framework relies on maintaining high expectations, not adjusting them when discomfort arises.
