Hours: 25-30 hours per week (During the hours of 9 am to 6 pm)

Position Summary: Indiana School of Phlebotomy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Alumni student to assist our
Campus Coordinator s internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in a dynamic educational environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of
our school and its programs.
Please note:
This is a short-term, temporary position for graduates of Indiana School of Phlebotomy.
This internship is 100% in-person.
Duties/Responsibilities:
– Create and organize class boxes and first-day start kits for new classes
– Assist with inventory management and participate in taking inventory
– Prepare and stock laboratory supplies before classes begin
– Vacuum and mop floors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
– Assist with laboratory setups and operations during class sessions
– Administer NHA exams
– Send email reminders for classes and respond to phone calls, providing information
about the school
– Print out and administer student certificates
– Pick up and manage donations
– Stock bathrooms and clean if needed
– Assist in training the successor for this position as the current internship approaches its conclusion
Ideal Skills/Abilities:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Proficient in Google Workspace
– Take initiative and ability to work independently
– Demonstrates the ability to manage sensitive information in accordance with HIPPA
Requirements
Educational Background/Requirements:
– At least 18 years old
– No criminal history
– Must be a graduate of Indiana School of Phlebotomy, and in good standing
– Authorized to work in the United States of America
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time, and be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
