Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative STEM Educator to engage young learners (3–8 years) through fun, hands-on, and interactive activities. The ideal candidate should inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving by introducing foundational concepts in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in an age-appropriate manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons for children aged 3–8 years.
- Conduct hands-on experiments, robotics, coding, engineering, and science activities using age-appropriate learning materials.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through experiential learning.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage teamwork, communication, and independent thinking among students.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school coordinators.
- Maintain STEM kits, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
- Participate in school events, exhibitions, workshops, and STEM fairs.
- Ensure classroom discipline while making learning enjoyable and interactive.
- Stay updated with the latest STEM education trends and teaching methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Certification or training in STEM Education, Robotics, Coding, or Early Childhood Education is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in teaching young children (Pre-K to Grade 3) or conducting STEM/Robotics/Coding classes.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
