Responbility:
• Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys and interview
• Design and deliver effective learning programs such as technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training for Blue Collar team
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning strategies into the organization.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development
• Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating learning impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with google workspace such as Gshet, Gslide, Gdocs, etc.
