Responbility:

•⁠ ⁠Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys and interview

•⁠ ⁠Design and deliver effective learning programs such as technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training for Blue Collar team

•⁠ ⁠Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.

•⁠ ⁠Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning strategies into the organization.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs

Skills & Competencies:

•⁠ ⁠Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.

•⁠ ⁠Strong project management and organizational abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating learning impact.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience with google workspace such as Gshet, Gslide, Gdocs, etc.
