Position: Spiritual Leader at Christ the Redeemer Parish
Become a Spiritual Leader at Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church in Lethbridge. As an Associate Priest, you’ll engage in pastoral leadership and sacramental ministry while fostering community.
This role is an opportunity to work alongside the Rector and contribute to the vibrant multi-generational parish. You will help guide the community through weekly worship, spiritual formation, and outreach activities, deepening their commitment to Christ and His teachings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Rector for effective ministry
• Preach and teach with faithfulness and relevance
• Oversee sacramental duties and rites
• Engage with the community in meaningful outreach
• Facilitate discipleship and spiritual growth
Requirements:
• Background in Anglican or similar traditions
• Demonstrated pastoral leadership experience
• Passion for community service and spiritual development
• Strong preaching and teaching abilities
• Collaborative approach to ministry
