Position: Spirit of Math Campus Principal Role

Reporting directly to the Coaching Manager, you will oversee campus operations, managing everything from curriculum evaluations to budget control. This full-time position demands strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities to supervise staff and address customer needs effectively while fostering a positive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and control daily operations of the campus
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of educators
• Evaluate teaching methods and recommend curriculum changes
• Plan and manage the campus budget effectively
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in educational leadership
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Client-focused approach and flexibility
• Availability for flexible working hours including weekends
• Authorization to work in Canada
