Role Description The Special Educator will work full time on-site at Thulir Child Care Clinic in Karaikkudi, providing individualized and small-group educational support for children with diverse learning and developmental needs. Daily responsibilities include assessing educational needs, developing and implementing individualized education plans, adapting teaching materials, and using appropriate instructional strategies to support learning. The role involves close collaboration with occupational therapists, caregivers, and school staff to align goals and monitor progress. Qualifications

- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related fields are preferred.
- Prior experience in clinical, school, or therapy-based settings is beneficial, along with patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Karaikkudi, manage a structured schedule, and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality is required.
