Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Jaipur. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions focused on communication skills, personal development, and professional demeanor. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and delivering training content, evaluating participant performance, and providing constructive feedback. You will work directly with students to prepare them for interviews, group discussions, presentations, and workplace interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to guide learners in areas like interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, and team collaboration
- Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or coaching for career-oriented skills
- Adaptability to tailor training methodologies to different audiences and learning styles
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- High levels of empathy, patience, and ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by individuals preparing for job placement in the tech sector
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in training, education, or a related field
