We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer who is passionate about developing individuals and organizations through high-quality training interventions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills and
leadership
topics.
✅ Facilitate interactive workshops, role-plays, and case studies to enhance learning experiences.
✅ Assess participants’ learning needs and customize training modules accordingly.
✅ Provide coaching and mentoring to professionals at different organizational levels.
✅ Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry best practices.
EXPERIENCE WITH THE BELOW TRAINING MODULES:

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in soft skills training.
Strong expertise in corporate training,
leadership
coaching, and
communication skills
.
Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate
diverse
audiences.
Certification in
Training & Development
, NLP, or Coaching is a plus.
