Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and evaluate student answer sheets for Classes 9th to 12th (CBSE). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, accuracy in assessment, and the ability to maintain consistency while evaluating student responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate subjective answer sheets for Classes 9th to 12th in the assigned subject(s).
- Award marks accurately as per the provided marking scheme.
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and quality in the evaluation process.
- Identify and report discrepancies or errors in answer sheet assessments.
- Maintain evaluation quality while adhering to assigned timelines.
- Provide constructive academic feedback wherever required.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of student records and answer sheets.
- Collaborate with the academic team to resolve evaluation-related queries.
Subject-Specific Requirements
- Strong conceptual understanding of the assigned subject(s).
- Ability to assess descriptive and subjective answers effectively.
- Capability to evaluate student performance objectively and fairly.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and examination patterns will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject.
- B.A./M.A., B.Sc./M.Sc., or B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior experience in copy checking, evaluation, teaching, or academic assessment will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Availability of a Pen Tablet (Pentab) will be an added advantage.
