Position: Ski Coach with Leadership Focus
Location: West Vancouver
Seeking a full-time Ski Coach for a local Alpine club, committed to environmental sustainability and athlete development. This green job requires on-site work only.
In this role, you will coordinate competitive skiing programs and plan training sessions. Your leadership will inspire athletes to excel while ensuring adherence to environmental practices. This position is integral to fostering both individual and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage competitive ski training schedules
• Motivate athletes for competition readiness and performance
• Oversee clerical duties pertinent to program management
• Participate in coaching clinic instruction
• Evaluate and record athlete performance metrics
Requirements:
• Level 2 Certificate in Coaching required
• Must have a CPR Certificate for emergency situations
• Experience in environmental skills and knowledge preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Successful criminal record check needed
Lead the way in coaching and environmental responsibility as a Ski Coach at the local sports club.
