We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
Develop and implement curriculum that meets the educational standards and needs of students.
Educate students in various subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the material.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
Provide academic advising to students, guiding them in their educational journey.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Engage in curriculum development activities to enhance educational offerings.
Foster childhood development by promoting social skills, emotional growth, and cognitive abilities.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Strong skills in behavior management and classroom organization.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
Proficiency in proofreading lesson plans and educational materials for clarity and style.
Experience in private school settings is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,872.00 – $64,500.00 per year
