Do you have 5+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in digital transformation, modernization, or technology‑enabled projects? Do you have experience coordinating engagement activities with internal teams, vendors, and external sector partners? If so, this would be a great opportunity for you! Our client is looking for a Senior Project Control Officer for a 12 month contract in Toronto. This is an onsite role.
Rate: $361.38-$406.07.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stakeholder records, contact lists, and engagement documentation.
- Support planning and execution of work activities including stakeholder engagement.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries, monitor inboxes, and document feedback with insights and next steps.
- Develop and update engagement materials (key messages, briefings, letters, presentations).
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate activities, address needs, and maintain alignment.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agendas, pre‑reads, and minute‑taking.
- Assist Project Managers and team leads in tracking deliverables, milestones, timelines, and maintaining structured project artifacts.
- Monitor project risks and mitigations, issues and follow‑up actions, and dependencies.
- Track key project metrics and performance tracking toward program goals.
- Support Agile delivery with sprint activities, backlog support, and maintenance of work structure, items, state, dashboards and reports within Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
- Assist with program‑level change management activities, including communications, training, and readiness support during transformations or upgrades.
- Research regulatory and industry trends and contribute to assignments, as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in digital transformation, modernization, or technology‑enabled projects.
- Hands‑on expertise with Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
- Experience coordinating engagement activities with internal teams, vendors, and external sector partners.
- Experience supporting projects using Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
