* Position: Senior Program Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate departmental academic and administrative activities
- Prepare class schedules, examination plans, and departmental reports
- Coordinate with faculty members, students, and management
- Teach undergraduate Civil Engineering courses
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance
- Perform other departmental and institutional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching and/or academic management experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
