Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Lecturer and MBA Online Course Coordinator role based on-site in the Greater Sydney Area. Responsibilities include designing, delivering, and coordinating high-quality postgraduate business courses. The role involves leading online MBA program activities, mentoring faculty, supporting student engagement, and ensuring alignment with academic and accreditation standards. Other tasks include collaborating with faculty to enhance teaching methodologies, engaging in academic research, and liaising with industry to ensure programs remain relevant and innovative.
Qualifications
- Strong academic qualifications, including a PhD or equivalent in Business or a related field.
- Proven expertise in postgraduate teaching, curriculum development, and online education delivery.
- Experience in course coordination and managing online learning platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to student success.
- Familiarity with the Australian higher education regulatory environment and TEQSA standards is advantageous.
- Experience in engaging with industry stakeholders to align course offerings with workforce needs.
- Demonstrated research track record and an ability to contribute to academic publications.
